Description

CanChecked MCE18 CANBus Expander

You are probably wondering what MCE18 stands for? It stands for Multifunction Can Bus Extension – but what is this module needed for?
Our displays ( MFD15 , MFD28 , MFD32 ,  MFD32S ) have a limited number of analog inputs. If more sensors are needed, it makes sense to map them using the flexible Can Bus protocol. For this, the sensors are connected to our MCE18 and sent to the receiving device via Can Bus – it does not matter whether this is one of our displays or a freely programmable control unit .

The MCE18 is the optimal solution if you only have a limited number of inputs.

It has already been tested with the following devices:
CANchecked MFD28/MFD32/MFD32S
MaxxECU (MaxxECU save file and instructions available)
Ecumaster (emulates Switchboard V3)
LinkECU (can streams available for import)
Haltech (emulates an IO Extender A+B or only A or B)
Motec (emulates an E888 – 2 pieces also possible!)
