Payment
We accept payment via Bank transfer or the payment gateway “Eway”
International transfers it recommended to use a 3rd party such as wise.com for example as this ensures the full amount will arrive.
Sales of parts require payment in full prior to the dispatch of goods.
In the case where a service has been provided by NZ Wiring, Full payment is due on completion before the vehicle can leave the premises unless via arrangement with management. Progress or payment for purchased parts may be requested
Delivery
NZ Wiring has done our best to provide fixed and fair freight pricing for our customers. We use premium delivery providers NZ Couriers for local and DHL for international shipping.
Delivery is at the Buyer’s risk and expense in all cases. NZ Wiring will not be liable for any loss suffered by the Buyer due to failure of, or delays in delivery.
When possible we recommend shipping to business address as this ensures faster and reduces the risk of package theft after delivery. NZ couriers and DHL do not deliver to P.O Boxes,
NZ Shipping and Rural Delivery. Many addresses can be deemed as rural by NZ couriers without being RD addressed.

International Orders
All pricing on the website is done in NZD.
No New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% applies to international orders. This is automatically removed by the website, this can be seen in the shopping cart.
NZ wiring does not collect Import taxes, Duty or charges on behalf of any overseas agency’s, These costs are the purchasers responsibility and are to be paid by the purchasers to the appropiate agency
Delivery addresses for all website orders must be a valid physical address unless prior arrangement has been made with us. DHL does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or to overseas military mail (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses under any circumstances. Note for overseas military mail, if you can provide a local address for the shipment then this can proceed this way.

Prices displayed on our internet website or in any catalogue are subject to change at any time.
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and show NZ GST inclusive (for national orders) and GST exclusive prices (for export orders) on product pages, shopping cart and checkout.
NZ Wiring aspires to ensure that all item descriptions, pricing, images, compatibility references, specifications and any other product-related information listed or referenced on our website is correct and accurate. Due to occasional human error and other factors, we cannot guarantee that all item information including descriptions, pictures and pricing or any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors.
In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, NZ Wiring shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.
Stock Availability
NZ Wiring will aspire to ensure that the stock status of any item on our website is accurate and current. In the situation where it’s incorrect, NZ Wiring will advise the customer via the customer supplied details without delay of any out-of-stocks, delivery delays, back orders or cancellation of an order. The Customer will have the decision to wait or cancel the order.
Warranty and Disclaimer
Goods are warranted to be free from defective workmanship and material provided that the goods are not modified in any way without written permission from NZ Wiring.
Electronic components will only be warrantied in cases where NZ Wiring can reasonably prove that the failure is due to a manufacturing or material fault and not due abuse of the product, incorrect installation of the product or lack of maintenance.
NO WARRANTY APPLIES IF PARTS FAIL BECAUSE OF INCORRECT INSTALLATION, USER ABUSE AND/OR LACK OF MAINTENANCE.
Products on this website may not be street legal and are intended for off-road use only, Please check with your local transport authority before purchasing. The customer accepts that there are obvious risks involved with racing and performance modifications.
Returns / Damaged Goods
No Returns on special order items.
Refunds for change of mind are at our discretion, Restocking fees may apply.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition.
Please inspect goods thoroughly upon arrival and contact NZ Wiring to report any damages or incorrect goods within 48 hours. No goods will be accepted for return without prior contact and authorization in writing by NZ wiring.
