Industry standard option for aftermarket ECU installations requiring IAT monitoring.

Applications

Suitable for intake manifolds, intercooler piping, and custom intake setups.
Install in intake airstream for monitoring air temperature entering the throttle body.

ECU Compatibility

OEM systems: LS1, LS2, LS3 etc when going MAF less with an OTR,
Aftermarket ECU: like Link ECU (IAT1-8) , Haltech (HT-010206), MaxxECU (ID 1279), MoTeC, Emtron, AEM (30-2014) and other aftermarket ECUs.
The calibration: is often referred to Delphi AC IAT.

Consider Upgrading

Common issues with brass IAT sensors:
The brass body can crack with over tightening.
The crimped construction may fail at high boost pressure or with knocks.
The Plastic sensor cage can melt in high-heat applications.
