Battery Master Switch – 200A, Ignition Cut, Alternator Resistor

This battery master switch isolates the battery and, through its secondary contacts, cuts the ignition circuit so the engine cannot keep running on alternator output when the switch is turned off. The included 3 ohm resistor shuts the alternator down without a voltage spike.

– Peak current: 1000 A for 5 seconds at 12 V, 500 A for 5 seconds at 24 V
– Poles: single pole, silver contacts

– Key: red, removable in the off position only

Keys are not unique to each switch, so it should not be used as a security device.
