This is a genuine Bosch 2-pin knock sensor 0261231188 with a Junior Timer (EV1) connector.
Originally designed for use on Mercedes and Porsche. it also works with aftermarket engine management systems like Link ECU, Haltech, MaxxECU, Motec, and Emtron.

This is a universal wideband knock sensor, not the resonant type found in lots of factory setups.
It delivers a flat response across 3-15kHz, making it perfect for aftermarket ECUs that need reliable knock detection across a wide frequency range.
