RB VAG Coil Loom

Our popular RB ignition loom, Suits RB20, RB25, RB26 and RB30 Twin cam Engines.
This coil loom is pinned to suit the short VAG coils, If you need it pinned to suit medium or long length (R8) please let us know in the notes.

Custom Loom: Built in house for a high quality fit, using motorsport grade materials including Tefzel wire, Raychem DR25 and Deutsch connector.

Proven Performance:

We have had customers run upwards of 40psi and 1000hp with this product.
This product offers a cheaper alternative to the common R35 coil conversion.

What’s Included:

– 1x Custom Tefzel and Raychem DR25 coil loom
– 1x DT8 Connector and Solid pins

Installation Notes:

loom Install: We recommend pointing the coil plug towards the exhaust cam side for the best fit as the loom is designed to fit best that way.
Grounding: An M8 Lug is fitted to the loom to allow for grounding. Using the last OEM coil bracket hole is a good choice for this.
Plug Installation: We supply the DT8 connector with the easier side to install. The solid terminals are recommended to be crimped with the proper 4 prong Deutsch crimp tool

1. Ignition 1 = Blue Black
2. Ignition 2 = Blue Brown
3. Ignition 3 = Blue Red
4. Ignition 4 = Blue Orange
5. Ignition 5 = Blue Yellow
6. Ignition 6 = Blue Green
7. Blanked
8. 12v Coil Supply = Red

Custom loom Fitment:

We strive for perfection on each bench loom, but human error does happen.
We have sold over 30 of these kits to date so far.

After a full conversion kit including coils? or just coils on their own?

Product stock:

We aim for accurate stock levels when possible. If the product is out of stock it can take up to 4 weeks to produce more.
